Privacy notice

TODO(legal review): before launch, legal/Beeple must confirm and complete: the data controller's identity and contact, the legal basis for processing, the full list of data-subject rights and how to exercise them, international-transfer safeguards, and the Anthropic data-processing arrangement (DPA / retention / zero-retention). The factual description of what the tool does, below, is accurate as built.

What we collect

The full conversation you have in this tool — every message you type (or speak, then transcribe) and every question the interviewer asks. Not just a summary.

Why

Product research: to understand how you work so Beeple's product team can support that work better. Nothing is being sold, and no product is being tested.

Who sees it

The interviewer is an AI assistant provided by Anthropic, which processes the conversation (each turn, and again to write the summary) as a data processor on Beeple's behalf. Authorized members of Beeple's product team can read the full raw transcript and the generated summary. By default the summary refers to you by role only and to your company by type and size — not by name — unless you explicitly ask otherwise. You can ask for anything to be left out during the conversation, and it will be omitted from the summary.

Retention & deletion

Beeple keeps conversations and summaries for up to 12 months, then deletes them. You can ask Beeple to delete yours sooner; doing so removes it from this application. Copies held by the AI provider are deleted according to that provider's own retention schedule (typically up to 30 days for API data, unless a zero-retention arrangement applies — TODO(legal review): confirm Beeple's arrangement).
